Starting a new business

This is a new endeavor for me. I was able to take a year off from teaching to fulfill my dream of having a craft store. I used some of my retirement money to fill that online store with inventory. It was not easy picking inventory that I thought would sell and what people want to buy. I navigated through technology to create an online store. I opened on September 1, 2023. I patiently and nervously waited for people to visit my store. I got 1-3 visitors a day and no purchases. Talk about second guessing myself! I’ve been working on promoting my business and getting more nervous as sales are not being made. Do I go back to teaching next fall? Do I get a part time job in the meantime? Should I get a loan to buy more inventory to expand my lines in hopes that I make sales? Follow me as I make these decisions as maybe some of you are also considering taking this step.
